ASA Citation Style for Books:
One author

Author Last name, First name. Year of Publication. Book Title. City, State of Publication: Publisher.

Rees, Jonathan. 2013. Refrigeration Nation: A History of Ice, Appliances, and Enterprise in America. Baltimore, MD: The Johns Hopkins University Press.

Note: For major American cities (e.g. New York, Los Angeles, Boston), it is not necessary to include a state of publication. For books published internationally, include the city and country of publication.
