General Library Information

Library Hours

Fall and Spring Semesters
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - noon

Summer Session
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - noon
Saturday & Sunday: closed.

When school is not in session, the library is open:
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Library Policies

Books

Students can have 25 books on their account at any one time.

Books can be borrowed for 28 days, and they can be renewed twice.

Books from the Reference and the Reserve areas must be used in the library.

Computers, laptops & netbooks

Students can use any of the computers in the library. Please note that the primary use is for research.

Students may check out laptops to use in the library. All laptops are due 30 minutes before the library closes.

Printers/Copiers

There are two printers/copiers in the library. Black and white copies are 5 cents per side, and color copies are 25 cents per side.

The printers/copiers accept coins and bills.

The printers/copiers default to black-and-white printing.

The printers/copiers default to double-sided printing. Instructors do not mind getting double sided printouts.

There are instructions at each station explaining how to print in color.

Group Study Rooms

There are six study rooms in the library.

To reserve a study room, please use the binder next to the Circulation desk.

Individuals may use study rooms but may not reserve them.

Individuals must leave the study room if a group needs the room.

Group study rooms may not be reserved for club meetings.

Food & Beverages

Food and beverages are allowed in the library.

Please be careful and clean up after yourself.
