Search HistoryMakers

Step 1:

Access HistoryMakers.  Note: If you're off-campus, you will be prompted to login with your myPVCC username and password.
 

Step 2:

Select the Maker Directory tab at the top.

Step 3:

Enter the name of the person you want to learn more about in the search box.  For example, enter "Maya Angelou."

Step 3:

Click the picture of the person you are looking for.

Step 4:

Scroll through the list of videos, and click on the video you want to watch.

Step 5:

Click the Home tab, and search for this person again.

Step 6:

This time you will get results of anyone in the database who speaks about the person you are interested in.  It could be someone who knew her or was inspired by her.  Click the picture to watch the video you're interested in.
