How do I search Literature Online (LION)?

Step 1:

Access Literature Online (LION). (If you're off-campus, you will be prompted to login with your myPVCC username and password). 
 

Step 2:

Select the "Criticism" button from the options above the search box.

Step 3:

Enter keywords in the search box, and click Search.

Step 4:

This database searches the "Annual Bibliography of English Language and Literature" (ABELL) and other articles indexed by ProQuest.  Look for the ones that have "Full text" or "Full Text - PDF" next to them.  These articles are available in full text in the database.  If that isn't listed, click the "Check Another Database" button to find out if it's in another database.  If that button doesn't take you into another database, you may place an Interlibrary Loan request for the article.
